Je me dois d'intervenir car ce post commence à m'énerver, je ne critique personne mais me base sur des faits:
Plusieurs fois Peruvian Frog Import s'est inscrit sur le forum sans respecter nos CGU, plusieurs fois son compte a été supprimé. Je rappelle que le forum est fiancé par l'association.
Lors de la bourse d'Arras, il a réservé une table et a envoyer des messages à tout le monde car il ne voulait pas payer les quelques euros que lui réclamait l'organisateur, il s'est arrangé avec un autre exposant pour ne pas payer, comme c'était notre première bourse, nous l'avons accepté avec l'organisateur malgré le manque de sérieux de cette démarche, par contre à l'annonce du contrôle avant ouverture, des papiers obligatoires des bêtes et des registres , à la dernière minute il a annulé avec l'excuse foireuse de la chaleur (qui d'ailleurs n'a pas gêné les autres exposants)
Durant plusieurs bourses Olivier l'a contacté pour lui proposer un partenariat, je rappel que notre partenariat consiste pour le partenaire à adhérer à l'asso et à proposer aux membres une réduction, e, échange de quoi, nous mettons une bannière sur le site et laissons nos partenaire faire des post commerciaux sur le forum. A chaque Peruvian Frog Import nous a répondu qu'il n'avait pas besoin de nous, soit.
Maintenant, il revient en douce en envoyant des messages à des membres du forum qui, de bonne foi, relaye l'information en croyant bien faire, je trouve ces façons de faire quelque peu cavalières, voire malhonnêtes.
il ne tiendrait qu'à moi, j'aurai déjà banni ce membre indélicat, mais nous ne fonctionnons pas comme ça, je vais demander l'avis des autres modérateurs et la décisions sera prise en commun.

j'ai eu ce mail aussi, mais je l'avais déjà démarche il y a des mois ... Il revient en douce certes, mais a mon avis il a déjà les adresse des membres qui ont reçu ce mail.
Bref, je rejoint un peu l'avis de tout le monde, mais dans tout les cas son compte ne respecte pas les CGU, on bannit bien de nouveau membres pour ca .

Again, My French is poor, I cannot follow all very well, I will ask someone to explain me what's going on. But what I do get are two things:
-I'm trying for over a year know to get a regestration on this form and I emaild moderaters several times, it's just impossible to get an answer and I got kicked out several times, i've no idea what that was good for, I never even made a post since yesterday.
-Arras was to hot so I decided not to go to, I told that clearly, it's not the show itself, but I simply have no airco in my car, my frogs are dead before I even reach France so I simply couldn't leave, I even had to pay my hotel for nothing. I was very unwell surprised, aswell as more shopkeepers outside France, the way we got 'informed' we had to give a discount to all Dendrogrove-members, is that supposed to be normal in French?> truth is prises are having a reason, importing is expensive and certainly people asking for discounts will not get it. I deliver good quality frogs and if people order regulary or a lot I make a good price, but making discount a condition for taking part on a frogshow is just pathetic.

I look forward to get a few more reservations as I'm getting close now to have enough interested people for a good roundtrip in France.

The huge discount that you refer to is an average of 10% or more if you're willing, not that huge at all!!

when you put an advert on a dutch website it 's free? when you print 5 000 thousand fly is it free ?

Indeed Wouter i guess you do not understand quite some things. For Arras frog fair they required a small fee for the fair's organisation. But the discount that everyone refer to is for the Dendrogrove's union members (subscribers if you prefer). This is different from Dendrogrove's forum. If you want an advertising space on the forum you should abide to a partnership set of rules, which includes allowing a small discount for the members of DG Union (or Association) not to all the forum's members! Can you make the distinction? These members have to pay every year for their subscription to this union either! It's meant to promote the dendrobate's care and develop this hobby in France for the frogs conservation! Isn't it what you're proud to announce on your website?? Your many partnerships to many associations in the world for the loyal aim of conservation??

You know what, so we start this whole thing over again? I think there has been quite some misunderstandings by both of uss, certainly before Arras as I've had clearly on paper that you requested another discount then the 10% which you're refering to right now.
So please send me the rules for shopkeepers by email so that i can decide if I want t go trough with this or not.

Please stop talking this kind of stuff, it's low you know. Do you have any idea how many emails I got from French people who are just ashamed of what's going on here? Fortunatly they help me translating a bit indeed, cause the problem with French is that Gogole stranslates all words perfectly, but not the way sentences are meand, so that's kind a useless.

I'm part of the orginasation of the Dutch Frogday for 2010, specially for foreign people we start with it on the friday before so that you've an easy trip with some good frog-lectures and beer at friday as well, and then an early frogshow on saturday so that people can drive back on time if they want too. Where on this form I can place an announcement for that?

To be clear with you I do not need this form to reach my French customers, though I think a good and straight communication is good, so that's why I would like to advertise on the Dendrogrove.
