The cover art shows Dendrobates pumilio, the strawberry poison frog, from an abundant population on Isla Bastimentos, Bocas, Panama. It was the source of the tricyclic alkaloid (-)-205B, which along with (-)-indolizidine 223AB was constructed via application of the solvent-controlled three-component linchpin union of silyl dithianes with the requisite epoxide and aziridine components.
